Franklin advises on intellectual property issues, including trademarks, patents, industrial designs, trade names, geographical indications. He recognizes the significant value of IP rights and takes a very practical view to resolving issues arising.
His expertise also covers litigation, real estate matters, negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements. He also handles counterfeiting proceedings.
He is a dual qualified lawyer admitted to practice in Cameroon and in The Gambia. He is a certified World Bank Doing Business consultant.
