Emile is a seasoned Intellectual Property (IP) Lawyer with over a decade of experience representing clients before the African Intellectual Property Organisation (OAPI) as Licensed Agent. He is a certified expert in the protection, management, and enforcement of IP rights in Cameroon and Central Africa.

With a doctorate in private law and multiple master’s degrees in intellectual property, private law, and African cyberspace law, Emile possesses a deep understanding of the evolving legal landscape. He provides comprehensive legal advice on a wide range of IP matters, including protecting patents, trademarks, designs, domain names, geographical indications, data, and copyrights, particularly adept at conducting IP audits, developing robust IP strategies, and resolving complex IP disputes, and counterfeiting issues

His extensive experience acquire in leading IP firms in Cameroon has equipped him with the strategic acumen to help clients maximize the value of their IP assets. 

His involvement in professional associations and his regular publications in leading legal journals demonstrate his dedication to advancing the field and sharing his expertise with others.
