Alice is an Associate in the Firm.

She holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and a Master’s Degree in commercial litigation and arbitration. She is a trained professional in Technology Law from the prestigious University of Paris I – Pantheon Sorbonne, with a specialization in “Data Law, Digital Administrations, and Open Governments”. She masters the legal concepts and issues of the digital society (cyber-crime, data law, Internet law, open data).

She handles the specific questions raised by the development of information and communication technologies, both in the field of administrative life and relations between administrations, users, and citizens and in the field of business life in their relations with public services and local authorities through the digitisation of procedures (teleservices, public procurement).

She is passionate about Technology Law and has released a Research Project on The Data Protection Regulatory Landscape in Cameroon.
Alice advises on all the aspects of the emerging technologies such as Blockchain, LegalTech, FinTech, crowdfunding, data protection, cryptocurrencies, Crowdfunding on Blockchain platforms [Through Initial Coins Offering (ICO), Security Token Offering (STO), Initial Exchange Offering (IEO)], Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT) and Autonomous systems.

She advises start-ups and small and medium-sized companies on e-commerce, software licensing, technology transfer, digital content acquisition, media, financial services, and issues relating to cyber-crime, cyber-security, and data protection.
She works on legal technology (LegalTech) and financial technology (FinTech) projects and advises on corporate issues, including venture financing, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and strategic matters.
