Esther  is an Associate in the Firm.

She is a financial and business lawyer. She specializes in OHADA business law, financial law, banking law, tax law, customs law, and capital markets law.

She is a Ph.D. student in private law at the University of Yaoundé II in Cameroon, specializing in business law and financial market law. She holds a master’s degree in Business Law and Capital Markets, a master’s degree in Legal Theory and Pluralism, and a master’s degree in International Litigation and International Taxation. 

She advises corporate entities throughout the negotiation of contracts, investment strategies, project finance, corporate restructuring, dematerialization of company securities and financial engineering.

She advises in cryptocurrency development projects and the protection of intellectual property rights.

She has extensive experience in tax and legal optimization. 

Esther Péronne is fluent in French and English.
