Habib specializes in Banking, Finance, and capital markets. 

He holds a Masters Degree in Banking and Finance Law, and a Professional Certificate in Public offerings in OHADA Member States

With a strong experience acquired in Chad at DELOITTE N’Djamena, Habib masters all the aspects of keeping a register of registered securities, the dematerialization of company securities in the CEMAC countries, and all the steps involved in listing public limited companies and financial institutions on the stock exchange. 

He advises Stockbrokers, Asset management companies, and Digital Assets Service Providers on regulatory compliance in transactions before the competent authorities in Centra Africa, including the Financial Market Supervisory Commission of Central Africa (COSUMAF). 

He also handles drafting of policies and agreements in compliance with the AML-CTF, KYC (Know Your Customer), Prudential standards, Taxation, Data Protection regulations, and all other National and CEMAC provisions relating to the digital economy and online activities.

He is fluent in French and English.
