Hyacinthe holds a PhD. in capital markets Law in the CEMAC zone. He specializes on capital markets, Fintech law, and Project Finance. 

He advises clients on public offerings, reporting and disclosure matters, corporate governance matters, stock exchange rules, administration of dematerialized securities, structured finance and securitization and derivatives. 

Under Project Finance, he advises corporate investors, private equity firms, and banks,), sellers, buyers, and lenders in the infrastructure and energy sectors. His practice is a mix of M&A transactions, project development, tax equity investments, debt finance, and joint ventures. 

He has experience in formulating legal risk and multi-jurisdictional contracting strategies for

multijurisdictional fintech players on their various partner arrangements including for payment services, digital content, and tax related matters.

He is fluent in French and English.
