He specialises in two major areas of practice:

– International investment agreements, under which he handles foreign direct investment, foreign investment contracts with the State (State contracts), and cross-border commercial agreements, and

– company secretarial services, a branch under which he handles company incorporation, meetings of shareholders and Board members, shareholders agreements, share purchase agreements, corporate governance, corporate finance, company restructuring, mergers and acquisitions formalities, regulatory compliance, negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements, winding up, and liquidation.

He is known for advising corporate entities throughout their investment projects.

Olivier is fluent in French, and English.
