Danielle MOUKOURI DJENGUE, the Managing Partner of D. MOUKOURI & Partners proudly represented the firm as member of the panel in charge of the topic Towards the sophistication of the OHADA corporate practice. The symposium took place at the 1 Bunhill Row office of Slaughter & May in London. Delegates from the best African and European law firms attended the event. Several Banks and multinational corporations like Citi, Diageo, Globeleq were also represented. The focus was on Artificial Intelligence in legal practice and OHADA Corporate practice. In her presentation, our Managing Partner elaborated on all the measures instituted by the OHADA Corporate Law Reform to protect corporate investments within the OHADA zone. Under scrutiny were:
- The protection of founders (shareholders in general/ foreigners/spouses and minors)
- The protection of the corporate entity (protection against the management body/ protection against risks created by third parties).
