Tina holds a Master’s Degree in International Law and a Master’s Degree in International Disputes. She specializes in legal advice on corporate matters and intervenes on other questions of law related to Technology Law.

 She previously acted as an Associate in a leading law firm where she worked extensively on corporate litigation and dispute resolution. She has experience in Commercial Arbitration with her participation at the 29th Annual Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court in Austria, Vienna.

 She is equally passionate about Technology Law and has published several articles on the different legal aspects of the impact of New Technologies in Cameroon.

Tina advises on specific questions related to the existence of a company such as company incorporation, meetings of shareholders and board members, shareholders agreements, company restructuring, regulatory compliance, company dissolution and liquidation, negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements and dispute resolution within OHADA jurisdictions.

Tina is fluent in English and French.
